30.5.16, Two awards for a DK Alumnus!
Congratulations to our DK Alumnus Dr. Krzysztof Chylinski for 2 notable prizes he was awarded this year:
Krzysztof won the Bank Austria Research Award 2016 for his dissertation “The type II CRISPR-Cas adaptive immunity in bacteria: molecular mechanisms and evolution”.
Furthermore, for his current work at the CRISPR-Lab at VBCF ProTech he was awarded with the Theodor-Körner-Foundation Special Innovation Prize sponsored by the Austrian Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology.
